TREATMENT OF CONFLICTS AND DENUNCIATIONS
ENESA has an Integrated Management System (SGI) implemented for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Social Responsibility and establishes mechanisms that encourage the execution of activities with transparency, mainly with the interested parties. Special attention is given to situations of conflicts and disagreements, as well as denunciations. In both cases, confidentiality will be maintained, respecting the will of the parties involved.
Complaints may be reported directly to ENESA supervisors or authorized personnel or sent to reclamacao@enesa.com.br. Alternatively, ENESA employees may use our suggestion boxes.

Conflicts and disagreements
ENESA has made available a communication channel for the reporting and treatment of conflicts and disagreements, involving external stakeholders. Besides this, all the orientations of ENESA’s responsibility are in the internal procedure, which aims to establish criteria for these types of treatments, indicating the form of identification, communication and solution for the situation presented. Denunciations
The denunciation channel is a free anonymous tool where the identity of the whistleblower is protected and where the denunciation can be made without fear of reprisals.
In the Channel for denunciations our stakeholders can and must report questionable practices that are in disagreement with the Code of Conduct and contrary to the law.
ENESA guarantees the protection of the whistleblower and uses the services of an outsourced company, contractually committed to ensuring the anonymity of the whistleblowers, as an additional guarantee.
