The Quality Management System has been fully implemented in the Company since 1999 and was the basis for the implementation of systems that meet the other management standards that ENESA currently has (ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and ABNT NBR 16001 – Social Responsibility). From this solid base, ENESA was able not only to certify itself in other norms, but also to create its Integrated Management System (SGI), which was expanded to provide ENESA with a platform for the continuous improvement of all its processes and go in addition to meeting the requirements of the certification standards.
Quality management aligns knowledge and organizational resources to achieve the reduction, elimination and, above all, prevention of deficiencies, with the main focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Quality management plays a very important role within the Company. From the preparation and implementation of Procedures and Work Instructions, supporting employees in all our works, to meeting customer requirements, through service compliance, prevention and identification of non-conformities, training and qualification of employees, control of documents and records and carrying out audits for the maintenance and improvement of the System, always seeking continuous improvement.
